Lockdown was very difficult for some children as they were not having interactions with their peers in the usual way and they found the lack of connections stressful. If you find that your child is struggling with this, please follow this link to our Wellbeing Page. We also recommend that children and their families make use of the ‘ten a day’ choices for balancing our mental health.
